Creating Calm Project-Mothers and Daughters
'Creating Calm' pilot project for Mother (or aunties, grandparents, female guardians, female family friend) and daughter work sharing ways to wellbeing, creating self care strategies together, connection, exploring body image through using creativity, yoga, relaxation and mindfulness.daughters need to be aged between 7-11 yrs.

Yoga at the Harbourside Festival
As part of the Harbourside Festival I have been asked to facilitate a Sunday Chill Session, yoga and mindfulness.

Wild Women Retreat

The Wild Women Retreat is an all female escape to the woods to deepen our connection with nature.* Learn the traditional skills of fire-lighting * Start each morning with a nature meditation * Practice yoga under the trees * Rediscover your creativity with woodland crafts including natural dyes, charcoal or whittling * Relax with nature walks * Share communally cooked food around the camp fire * Explore your connection with nature through shiatsu *A weekend of learning, camping, singing, lazy walks, creativity, time to think and time to make new friends.You are invited to a playful introduction to nature connection and woodland skills. This is the perfect opportunity to try wild camping, with a small group of women learning fireside skills in a non-competitive environment. Meals will be cooked together on the fire and are included in the price. The woodland is a fantastic arboretum just 18 miles north of Bristol. Wild and overgrown, the woods are full of wildlife as well as champion trees.
